For custom manufacturing shops

Your shop can price work at midnight

Forgmatic is not a webshop with stock on shelves. It is the way YOU price work, moved into a system that applies it every time a customer asks — in half a minute rather than three quarters of an hour.

What's behind it

Not a feature list — six things that eat your time today.

A formula you draw yourself

Prices come out of your tables, not ours. Inputs, rates, surcharges, rounding — you assemble it in the admin and from then on it runs itself. And when a rate isn't set, the system says so out loud instead of guessing.

The money goes straight to you

Payments land in your account through Stripe Connect, not ours. Our percentage comes off a completed order — nothing upfront, nothing extra per month.

Corporate customers under control

A company opens a team with you, sets an approval threshold and shares addresses and order templates. The buyer orders, the manager signs off, and either way you get one order. Part of the Pro plan.

The customer only ever sees you

Your domain, your logo, your colours. They never learn we run underneath — and they never learn you handed the job to a subcontractor either. The handoff is your internal business; they keep one supplier.

The rest of the shop in one place

Stock with batches, low-stock alerts, purchase orders to suppliers, a production board with dates off the critical path, and contacts — customers, companies, suppliers and your own team — in a single address book. Three spreadsheets and an inbox fewer.

The paperwork is already inside

Sequential invoice series, credit notes, proforma invoices and the statutory VAT recapitulation. Reverse charge, OSS/IOSS, VIES VAT-number checks, EC Sales List. Company lookup from the national business register. Data resident in the EU.

Before you go live

Three steps. The middle one is the longest and it still fits in an afternoon.

  1. 01

    Open your shop

Email, company name, address. Two minutes and you have somewhere to sign in.

  2. 02

    Load in your price list

You enter materials and rates in the admin. The formula that turns them into a price you assemble with the mouse, from tiles. This is where it is decided whether the numbers come out right — so we walk through it with you.

  3. 03

    Send your customers the link

You get your own page. You can also drop the calculator into your existing website — one line of code, copied from your admin. The order is completed at your own address and lands in your inbox and your admin.

Try it on a job of your own

Bring your price list and one quote you sent recently. You'll see whether it prices the same as your estimator did.
